Dear St. Bede School Parents and Guardians,

We are thrilled to welcome you back to St. Bede School for what I know will be a wonderful 2017/18 school year!

As you may know, St. Bede School is a proud participant in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Through NSLP we are able to provide students with free or reduced-cost lunch, and other services. If you have not yet completed your paperwork to determine your potential eligibility for the NSLP please contact Mrs. Caron as soon as possible. We strongly encourage ALL school families to apply for the NSLP.

If you do NOT want to apply for the NSLP program, the Archdiocese of Chicago is requiring ALL parents and guardians of students in Catholic schools complete a Household Income (HHI) survey to determine potential student and school eligibility for additional federal funding. Please note: the HHI survey only needs to be completed by families who have NOT applied for the NSLP.

The HHI survey will only take five minutes to complete and is CONFIDENTIAL. The survey can be accessed by clicking this link. (https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/3580050/Federal-Funds-Eligibility-Survey) St. Bede School The survey is available in English, Spanish and Polish.  If you are unable to access the internet elsewhere, we will have computers set-up in the computer lab at back-to-school night (August 24) for you to take the survey.

We ask you to complete the NSLP paperwork OR the HHI survey by September 15, 2017.
