PART 1:    Review the keys on a computer keyboard.

How many letters you see?   ____, ( A,B,C )
How many numbers do you see?  ___  ( 1,2,3 )
How many special characters do you see __ (?,#,$)




PART 2:   Find an old newspaper or magazine and cut out letters and number to recreate your own keyboard.

Have fun mixing font styles. Just make sure you put them on the correct placement so it looks like a computer keyboard. 




PART 3:   On a computer, practice typing with BBC Typing Mat. Link below.

Level 1 starts with the home row keys.

In this level you will learn to type the keys on the home row as well as letters e, i, r and u.
